STEP 2- once at checkout it will say "need to leave a note or instructions?" there you will need to put in a gamertag and motto you want to be added to your badge

GAMERTAG IS 12 CHARACTERS MAX
MOTTO IS 21 CHARACTERS MAX

(IF YOU DONT GIVE A NAME OR MOTTO WE WILL KEEP IT AS IS IN THE DEFAULT DESIGN)
